Viewfolio Terms of Service
Effective date: 26 October 2026
1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Service form a contract between Staghill SRL, Rue des Anciens Étangs 40, 1190 Forest, Belgium, company number 0798.712.846, VAT BE 0798.712.846 ("Viewfolio", "we", "us") and the business or professional that creates a Viewfolio account ("you", "the Customer").
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms or using Viewfolio, you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" refers to that organisation.
Viewfolio is provided to businesses and professionals only. By using it you confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade, business or profession and not as a consumer. Consumer protection rules that apply only to consumers therefore do not apply to this contract.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Viewfolio.
2. The service
Viewfolio is a web application for organising, monitoring and reporting on Google Street View photos, panoramas and virtual tours across one or more Google accounts and locations. Its features include portfolio organisation by client, location and project, recording of view counts and publication status, detection of publication issues, branded reporting, client dashboards, team workspaces and upload and metadata management, as described on viewfolio.app and in the application.
Viewfolio depends on the Google Street View Publish API and other Google services. We do not control those services. Google may change, limit, suspend or withdraw them, change what data they return or reject content you publish through them. We are not responsible for any such change and may adjust or remove features of Viewfolio in response.
View counts, publication status and other figures shown in Viewfolio are those reported by Google at the time of each sync. We present them as received and do not guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current. They describe visibility and are not a measure of leads, bookings or revenue.
Viewfolio is a management and reporting tool. It does not operate Google Street View, is not affiliated with Google and does not guarantee that content you publish will be accepted, displayed or ranked by Google.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your workspace, whether by you, your team members or anyone using your credentials. Tell us at info@viewfolio.app immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may invite team members to your workspace and assign them roles. You are responsible for their compliance with these Terms and for the actions they take in Viewfolio. You can remove them at any time.
You may share reports with clients through links and, where the feature is available on your plan, give them read-only access to dashboards. You are responsible for what you share with them and for ensuring that you are entitled to share it.
4. Connected Google accounts
To use Viewfolio you connect one or more Google accounts through Google's authorisation screen. By doing so you authorise Viewfolio to access and manage the Street View content of that account on your behalf, within the scope you approve, for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you are the holder of each account you connect, or that you have the account holder's permission to connect it and to manage its Street View content through Viewfolio. Where you connect a client's account, you are responsible for having that client's authority.
Actions you take in Viewfolio, such as uploading, editing or deleting content, are carried out on Google using the connected account and are attributed to that account. Some actions cannot be undone on Google. Check before you confirm.
You must comply with the Google Terms of Service, the Street View Publish API terms and Google's content policies for everything you publish through Viewfolio. Content that Google rejects remains your responsibility.
You can disconnect an account in Viewfolio or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time. Features that rely on that account will stop working until it is reconnected.
5. Your content and client data
You keep all rights in the photos, panoramas, metadata, client names, locations and other material you upload to or sync into Viewfolio ("Customer Content"). We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, display and process Customer Content as needed to provide Viewfolio to you, to comply with the law and to maintain security. This licence ends when the content is deleted from Viewfolio, except for copies in backups, which are overwritten in the ordinary course.
You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions for all Customer Content, that it does not infringe anyone's rights and that uploading and publishing it through Viewfolio does not breach any law, contract or Google policy.
Where Customer Content includes personal data about your clients or other third parties, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf as a processor, under the terms set out in section 12 and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that data and for informing the people concerned.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Viewfolio for anything unlawful, or to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene or that violates anyone's privacy
- connect a Google account you are not entitled to use, or publish content to a location you are not entitled to represent
- upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Viewfolio, its infrastructure or other customers' workspaces
- interfere with the service, place unreasonable load on it, or use automated means to access it other than through features we provide
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense Viewfolio, or build a competing product using it
- remove or obscure any notice, branding or attribution in Viewfolio other than through the white-label features we offer
- use Viewfolio to send spam or to harvest personal data
We may suspend or restrict access without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached this section, to protect the service, other customers or Google, or where Google requires it. We will tell you why and, where possible, give you the chance to put it right.
7. Plans, fees and payment
Viewfolio is offered on subscription plans whose features, limits and prices are published on viewfolio.app. Limits may include the number of managed projects, active Google accounts, team members and reporting features. Features marked as coming soon on viewfolio.app are not part of what you pay for until they are released.
Fees are charged in advance for each monthly billing period (annual billing may be offered later) through our payment provider Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each period until you cancel. Stripe handles your card details; we never store them.
Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise. VAT is applied according to the rules for business customers in the European Union. If you provide a valid EU VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism applies where permitted.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. If payment is still outstanding 14 days after the due date we may suspend your workspace until it is settled. Interest on late payments and recovery costs may be charged as provided by the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions.
We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Fees are non-refundable except where these Terms or the law say otherwise. If you upgrade mid-period, the difference is charged pro rata. If you downgrade, the change applies from the next period.
8. Term and termination
These Terms apply from the moment you create an account and continue until your account is closed.
Cancellation by you. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings or by email to info@viewfolio.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. You may close your account at any time.
Termination by us. We may terminate these Terms with 30 days' notice by email for any reason, or immediately if you materially breach them and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of notice, if you become insolvent, or if we must do so to comply with the law or with Google's requirements. If we terminate for convenience, we refund any prepaid fees for the unused part of your period.
Effect. On termination or closure your access ends, all connected Google accounts are disconnected and their tokens deleted, and your workspace data is deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. Content you have already published to Google Street View is not affected and remains under your Google account.
Data export. You can export your projects and photo data at any time from Settings. If we close your account, for 30 days after closure you may ask us for an export of your Customer Content and reports in a common machine-readable format. After that period we are no longer able to provide it.
Sections that by their nature should survive, including 5, 10, 11, 12 and 13, continue to apply after termination.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep Viewfolio available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, because of failures at our providers or Google, or for reasons outside our control. Where we can, we schedule maintenance outside European business hours and announce it in advance.
We develop Viewfolio continuously and may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the functionality you pay for. If such a change is unacceptable to you, you may cancel and we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused part of your period.
Features labelled beta, preview or experimental are provided as they are, may be changed or withdrawn without notice and are excluded from any service commitments.
10. Intellectual property
Viewfolio, including its software, design, documentation, trade marks and all related intellectual property, belongs to Staghill SRL or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Viewfolio for your internal business purposes during your subscription. No other rights are granted.
Reports and dashboards generated from your Customer Content belong to you. The templates, layouts and software used to produce them remain ours.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or payment. We will not identify you as the source without your permission.
Google, Google Maps and Street View are trade marks of Google LLC. Viewfolio is an independent product and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
11. Warranties, liability and indemnity
Our commitment. We will provide Viewfolio with reasonable skill and care and substantially as described on viewfolio.app.
Disclaimer. Except as stated above, Viewfolio is provided as it is and as available. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all other warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular we do not warrant that Viewfolio will be error-free, that data from Google will be accurate or available, or that content published through Viewfolio will be accepted or displayed by Google.
Limitation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for loss arising from Google's actions, your Customer Content or your breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Belgian law.
Indemnity. You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your Customer Content, your use of connected Google accounts, your breach of these Terms or of Google's policies, or your breach of applicable law.
12. Data protection and confidentiality
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
Where we process personal data in Customer Content on your behalf, we act as your processor under Article 28 GDPR. We will process that data only on your documented instructions as expressed through your use of Viewfolio, keep it confidential, apply appropriate security measures, assist you with data subject requests and impact assessments where reasonably needed, delete or return it at the end of the contract as described in section 8, and make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance. We use the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy and will give you at least 30 days' notice before adding one, during which you may object on reasonable grounds. If you need a separate signed data processing agreement, contact info@viewfolio.app.
Each party will keep confidential any non-public information it receives from the other in connection with Viewfolio and use it only for the purposes of these Terms. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed or that must be disclosed by law. We treat your Customer Content, client lists and reports as confidential.
13. General
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the application. Continuing to use Viewfolio after the change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not, you may cancel before that date.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a successor of our business on notice to you.
Notices. Notices to you are sent to the email address on your account. Notices to us go to info@viewfolio.app or to our registered office.
Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the plan details on viewfolio.app form the entire agreement between us and replace any earlier discussions. If any provision is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of Google or of internet infrastructure.
Governing law and courts. These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Brussels, Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory rules that give jurisdiction to other courts. The parties will try to resolve disputes amicably first.
Language. These Terms are drawn up in English. If a translation is provided, the English version prevails.
